Facing a Medicare or Medicaid Audit? We Can Help
The law firm of Karen B. Schapira, PLLC, specializes in representing healthcare providers during Medicare and Medicaid audits. If you're dealing with a CMS, UPIC, OIG, or MAC audit, we can guide you through the audit and appeal process.
In the complex world of healthcare audits and appeals, navigating CMS audits can be overwhelming, especially when dealing with denials, underpayments, or ongoing disputes.
These audits often start by reviewing a sample of 30-100 claims, but the findings can be extrapolated to impact millions of dollars in revenue, potentially leading to recoupment that could disrupt your practice's operations and financial stability.
